Ngo Xuan Nam

Mr. Nam joined SWA Vietnam Co., Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2000. Before coming to SWA Vietnam, he was design architect in Phong Chau Design and Construction Company from 1998 to 1999, as well as freelance designer for several private housing and commercial projects in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong province.

While at SWA Vietnam, Mr. Nam has been handled in new high-rise building designs from the schematic design phase through completion including Pullman Saigon Center; Saigon Airport Plaza; SSG Tower; The Lancaster commercial and condominium tower in central district of Ho Chi Minh City; a 65,000sqm complex in Nha Trang City. In addition, he has also been responsible for construction document designs for the offshore projects, some can be counted as Valley High School in Santa Ana, California; Ahmanson Recruit Training Center (Los Angeles Police Department) in West  Manchester  Avenue, Los  Angeles; Glass Building of Warner Brother (base building and tenant improvement) in Burbank, California; S50 office building and facilities of Boeing Satellite Systems in El Segundo, California; full floor tenant improvement project for the law firm Jackson, Lewis, Schnizler & Krupman in downtown Los Angeles.

Mr. Nam has a thorough understanding of the design process and all aspects of building construction. He enjoys building to meet the needs of clients and the challenge of staying within budget. He is well versed in building codes and graphic softwares and has worked with many officials to ensure timely project completion.
