Mr.Tam joined SWA Vietnam Co., Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in May 2011. He has been involved in the design of Cau Rong Restaurant in Da Nang; Truong My, Kim Long, Hoa Thuong Residential Planning in Long An province; the Union Square (Vincom A) in 177 Dong Khoi Street; Savico Office 277-279 Ly Tu Trong District 1; Saigon Airport Plaza, 01 Bach Dang Street, Tan Binh District in the diplomatic area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Before joining the practice, he worked in VDD & GREEN ARCH Companies. His project design typically as MICHELIA Hotel – 200 rooms in Nha Trang City; Ho Coc Resort – 5.4ha at Ba Ria Vung Tau; Sai Gon Hotel in District 1, HCMC; Dong Khanh Hotel in District 5, HCMC; PNC Phuong Nam Bookstore, SYM Showroom,  etc.

Most recently though he has completed the Saigon Airport Plaza, 01 Bach Dang Street, Tan Binh District in the diplomatic area of Ho Chi Minh City; Botanica Premier - 108 Hong Ha, Tan Binh District; Cat Lai Residential, District 2, HCMC.

Tam is very competent in developing preliminary design concepts, complemented by his considerable knowledge of graphic and rendering software.
