Tram joined SWA Vietnam Co., Ltd in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in Dec 2009. She left in 2012 and returned in 2015.

During her previous time in SWA Vietnam, she took part in different projects of the company such as Unilever WareHouse Phase 2 in Binh Duong; Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center Phase 2 in District 7, HCMC;  SC Vivo City in District 7, HCMC; Nha Trang Marriot Hotel; Chanh Bon Office in Nha Trang; Dat Quang Chu Lai Titan Factory; Chip Sang Internet Space Office Building in high-tech park, District 9; Song Han Caferia in Da Nang.

To most projects she participated in, she has been through them from concept to construction document as well as site support.

Before coming back, she spent a period of time working on the site of Le Meridien Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and spent two years working as the project coordinator for Nikken Sekkei Ltd, main consultant of Architecture, C&S, MEP & specialists, for 40-story Eximbank Headquarter Mix-used.

She possesses a strong flexible manner in command and management skills. With experience in various kinds of projects especially in high-rise and large-scale projects with huge international consultants & project management team. Hence, with such knowledge & experience, she runs her work with the international standard working style that meets Vietnamese clients' requirements & adapts to the Vietnamese construction market in the most efficient way.
